365Companion is for two types of users: caregivers (family members or professional
carers) who manage care for a loved one, and the people being cared for, who use a
large-text accessible interface to view their own medications, appointments, and
journal entries — with full control over what they share. Clinic and organization
support is coming soon.
No. Every sharing feature — location, journal access, care invitations — is controlled
entirely by the person using the app. They decide what to share and with whom, and can
revoke a care relationship at any time. The goal is independence supported by care, not
surveillance.
Caregivers add medications with name, dosage, and time slots. The schedule type can be
fixed times, as-needed, or interval. The app auto-generates daily dose logs at midnight
and re-seeds them if it was offline overnight. The person being cared for confirms doses
with one tap from their home screen. A 30-minute grace period applies before a dose is
marked as missed.
No. Location sharing is switched on or off by the person being cared for at any time
from the home screen. Caregivers only see location when sharing is actively enabled.
Yes. 365Companion is developed by Wayfare SRL, a Romanian company operating under EU
law, compliant with GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and Romanian Law No. 190/2018. A
designated Data Protection Officer is available at dpo@wayfare.com.
Yes, it's on the roadmap. Clinics and care organizations will be able to access the
platform as tenants, with staff accounts, scoped patient data, and clinical reporting.
